New Epping Leisure Centre, Essex

Epping Leisure Centre will become the newest and most energy efficient in the district, supporting the council’s aim to become carbon neutral by 2030. As well as air-sourced heat pumps and digital technology, the centre will incorporate the highest levels of insulation into construction, keeping future energy bills and carbon emissions as low as possible.
Epping Leisure Centre facilities will include:

Hurst has invested in a new, state-of-the-art on-site swimming pool which opened in September 2025. Rivermead Leisure Centre - Reading

A future-proof sports and leisure centre for the region. In Reading, the new Rivermead Leisure Centre has replaced the existing sports complex. It is the first time that Pellikaan has demolished a centre in England that we originally built ourselves! The state-of-the-art facility has been designed with the future in mind and offers a wide range of high-quality amenities for both wet and dry sports. It also fits in seamlessly with the sustainability objectives of the municipality of Reading.

21 Retirement Homes - Dorking

This site has 21 high-quality apartments, with underground parking and related external add-ons. Our professional team cleaned the site on-time and delivered all three cleaning cycles as required by the Hackwood Homes Team Naveed & Pawel.

BUCKINGHAM GROUP CONTRACTING

Bearwood Park Stadium - Reading

Completed in December 2020, our team provided full cleaning services for Reading FC Stadium last year. We have also provided welfare operative on a daily basis, as we clean their unit offices and the facilities of the Buckingham Team.

Eastwood Leisure Centre - Woking PLACES LEISURE PEOPLE

The new Leisure Centre will feature a 25-metre pool, a teaching pool with moveable floor, a five-court sports hall with a dividing wall, studios, and a gym. There will also be a multipurpose room with bar facilities that can be used as a club room by local sports clubs or as an additional studio.

Horton Road Project - West Drayton

As a residential development in West Drayton, Horton Wharf has one- and two-bed apartments, situated in three apartment blocks, including a townhouse family home. There are 22 units for rent, with 65 having shared ownership. Our team is in the process of providing cleaning services for this project.

HILL PARTNERSHIP GROUP

Lea Bridge Road Project - East London - 300 Units

300 new homes, with a minimum of 62 affordable properties. The site takes up nine residential blocks and is up to 18 storeys high. The property contains a landscaped central courtyard, with 21,000 square feet of ground floor that makes up a commercial space and gym.

BUCKINGHAM GROUP CONTRACTING

RHS Garden Wisley - Surrey

This is a quality Welcome Building or Front of House for RHS at Wisley and is situated within the existing grounds of the famous RHS Wisley visitors’ attraction. Our team worked on the cottage site clearance, cut and fill earthworks, the steel-framed Welcome Building, the curtain walling and glazing, 5000m2 of external plant area to form a consistent retail space, as well as the café, kitchen, and offices.

Camberley Leisure Centre - Woking

This centre just been completed and includes a large fitness suite, with a 25-metre, six-lane pool, a learner pool with adjustable floor, a splash zone, an eight-court sports hall, group exercise studios, a health suite, and a café. There is also an Adventure Play area with a clip ‘n climb space for play, as well as obstacles and a range of tunnels and slides.

Sandhurts Project - Bershire - 43 Retirement Homes

Fleur-de-Lis is a pristine retirement development in Sandhurst. We completed the cleaning services on site and the development will consist of one- and two-bedroom luxury apartments, including a car park. It also has the benefit of an owners’ drawing room, with a guest suite for visiting family and friends.

Bulmershe Leisure Centre - Woodley - Places Leisure People

Our team successfully completed the cleaning services for this important project, working hand-in-hand with Pellikaan Construction Ltd. The new Bulmershe Leisure Centre has a six-lane, 25-metre swimming pool, a teaching pool with a movable floor, a gym with a ‘live well’ section, a four-court sports hall, a studio, and a café. These extensive facilities uplift the whole community by providing updated and accessible options for preventative health services.
